I led a team of educational specialists in creating and delivering educational content on how to architect, develop with, and administer SingleStore. I translated complex technical material into easily understandable content for customers who ranged from SingleStore beginners to seasoned database professionals, ensuring they could effectively utilize our platform to its fullest potential. I also created SingleStore’s certification program and ran the train-the-trainer program.
I mentored a team of training developers in creating cutting-edge eLearning content. I also owned the educational enablement for Microsoft employees on Azure Databricks, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all participants.
I led and mentored a team of instructional designers, technical writers, and instructional designers in developing cutting-edge curricula for all products in multiple languages. I played a key role in strategic decisions for the training business and successfully expanded the Curriculum Team. I also participated in the development of performance-based certification exams and the train-the-trainer program.
